Aerobic Exercise is any type of exercise that increases your heart rate above its normal resting rate for an extended period of time. For good health, adults should get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equivalent combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity.
