Certificate and Marksheet system with verification & Franchise in PHP

Certificates and marksheets are essential documents that schools, colleges, training institutes, and companies use. This certificate and marksheet system is built using PHP and includes useful features like verification and franchise support. The verification feature allows users to confirm the authenticity of a certificate or marksheet directly on the website. The franchise feature makes it easy to give access to other users or branches, so they can log in and create certificates and marksheets themselves.

The system is developed using PHP, MySQL, HTML, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and follows OOP concepts. It also uses HTML2Canvas to generate high-quality, professional-looking certificates and marksheets.

We’ve created a complete web application with full source code. It works smoothly on both local and live servers. You can generate certificates and mark sheets, download them with a single click, and print them easily.

Features of the Certificate and Marksheet System –

There are many features in this certificate and marksheet system in PHP and MYSQL –
1. Admin Panel – You will get an admin panel with many features. Admin can control and customize certificates and marksheets with those features. Admin Panel is fully secured. 
2. User Manager – In User Manager, the admin can create more users as a franchise or as an admin. There are two posts. 1. Admin and 2. User (Franchise User). Admin can access everything but franchise users can create registrations, certificates, marksheets, and check transactions without editing or deleting. Admin can check all users' registrations, certificates, marksheets, and transactions, and also can edit or delete any data. Admin can set the wallet balance for franchise users which will help earn webmaster from the franchise users. Every franchise user will use that wallet balance at the time of certificate creation and marksheet creation. The marksheet price and certificate price can be changed by admin from the options, but the admin can create a certificate and marksheet without any payment. No need for any wallet balance for the admin. 
3. General Settings - In general settings, you, as Admin, can set your certificate and marksheet web title. Like you have an institute name, college name, or school name. Admin can set logo and change the currency to show the wallet balance. You can set any currency sign. Admin can set from email here that is most important for 2-step verification. 
4. Options – In options, the admin can set various things like marksheet price, and certificate price for franchises that will be one certificate price or one marksheet price, and every franchise will pay that price from their wallet balance. Also, there are many more settings like grades for certificates, subheadings for certificates, and marksheets below the main title. 
5. More Settings—This will help you customize certificate and mark sheet frames, stamps, signatures, etc. You can change more settings. 
6. Course – As we know, all that for certificate, marksheet, or result management system courses is based. Admin can create any course from the course. The course will be shown on the certificate and marksheet. 
7. Registrations - The registration feature will help you manage your candidate record. For example, if you have an institute and want to register your students with name, dob, father's name, course, centre name, branch code, and center name with a student photo, that feature will help you. If you are an admin, you can edit or delete any registration. These registrations will help you to create a certificate and marksheet system. 
8. Certificates – You can check all the created certificates in this feature. 
9. Subject Manager – This feature will help you create more subjects for the courses. You can add a subject to the course. That will help create a marksheet. 
10. Marksheet Manager – In this feature, you can create a marksheet for all candidates by selecting the course name. You can set the session, marksheet number, date of issue, mark sheet grade, max marks, passing marks, and obtained marks. After creating the marksheet, you can view and download the marksheet with the download icon. 
11. Payment Record –The  Payment record will help the admin to check all payments by franchise users for the certificate or marksheet. 
12. 2-Step Verification - Our priority is to give security. We have given a 2-step verification feature in this web software. This will help secure admin login and franchise login with an OTP code via email. The admin or franchise user will confirm the OTP code from the email to log in. 
13. Franchise Panel – The same admin panel will convert into a franchise panel if the franchise user logs in. Franchise users can check wallet balances, create registrations, create certificates, create a marksheet, and check transactions. 
14. Wallet – The Wallet will be used for franchise users. For example, if you are an admin and you want to give your institute franchise to others and want to earn then it will be helpful. Admin will add money to the wallet balance of franchise users. The price will be deducted when the franchise user creates a certificate and mark sheet. 
15. Certificate Verification – Verification is also an essential feature of the certificate and marksheet system. Candidates can verify their certificate with the certificate number. This will help identify valid certificates. 
16. Marksheet Verification – Anybody can verify the marksheet with the marksheet number. 
17. QR Code – We placed the QR code in the certificate and marksheet to scan. Users can scan the QR code and verify the certificate and marksheet. 
18. HD Canvas – We used the Canvas library to generate an HD certificate and marksheet with one button click. No coding skills are required to install it and use it. 
19. Installer – You can easily install it on localhost or a live server with the new website or an existing website with a simple installer. You can watch the installation in the demo video.
