I am looking for a better replacement for Question2Answer. I have been using question2answer for many years, but now I'm looking for a better organised Q&A system. The Q&A system should be fully featured and secured. I would like to share my details of what I want :

I need all the features that make a question-answer platform in a structured manner.
I know Question2Answer is also the best open source platform, but I need a lightweight, fast, secure, and full admin control Q&A system. I will continue with PHP programming, so if there is a better solution that supports a higher version, it would be better for me. Kindly share details if any best Q&A system is available.
